Return and Exchange Policy

At AQUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, you may exchange the merchandise, provided it is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery. Please note that no exchanges, refunds, or returns are available for sale items. By making a purchase using discount code on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our exchange policies before checking out.

We strive to accurately display the colors of our products on our website. However, please be aware that the colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor's display of any color.

Easy Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • Your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Your item is in its original packaging and includes all original tags.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Request a reverse pick-up: We'll arrange for the pick-up from your address for the Exchange and re-deliver the new item at the cost of          Rs 250/- which include both reverse and forward charges. Kindly initiate a request from our exchange request page, and we will arrange for the reverse pick-up within 24-72 hours of your request.

  2. Credit Note: All items purchased from our website will be exchanged or returned for a store credit coupon valid for 180 days. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding reverse shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. The coupon code will be sent to the email address provided during the order placement. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 180 days on our website and must be applied in the discount section during checkout. Please note that we do not provide refunds or cash refunds.

No Returns or Exchanges Applicable on International Orders

Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the reverse pick-up charges.
  • No exchanges or refunds are available for products purchased on sale.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns or exchange requests will be credited back in the form of store credits valid for 180 days. The process for both returns and exchanges is the same.
  • Any other credit notes issued will have a validity of 30 days only.
  • We provide reverse pick-ups only within India. For international orders, if the customer refuses to pay the customs charges, if applicable, there will be no refunds for the order.
  • Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled once processed, and there are no refunds.
  • There will be no refunds in case of delays due to natural calamities or unforeseen delays in logistics.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • If reverse pick-up is not available in your pin code, you will need to self-ship the item to the address provided by our customer support.
  • If a pre-paid order is refused by the customer upon delivery, no refunds will be issued for the same.
